Voter Registration Requirements:
a.    The establishment shall be registered in the Commercial Register and be a member of the Chamber. Representation of an establishment shall be by its owner or manager; representation of a company shall be by the Chairman of the Board, a board member, the Chairman of the Executive Board, a board member, its manager, or an executive officer, based on an official letter from the establishment stating the voter’s name, national ID number, and position, duly certified by the Chamber.
b.    The establishment shall have been practicing the activity relevant to the committee within the Chamber’s geographical jurisdiction for no less than three (3) years.
c.    The Commercial Registration and Chamber membership shall be valid.
d.    Multiple subscription holders are enTitled to register only once as a voter.
e.    The representative of the establishment or the company may cast their vote independently for each committee separately, in accordance with item (b) of these requirements.
 

Candidacy Requirements for Membership of Economic Activity Committees at Jeddah Chamber:
a.    The establishment shall be registered in the Commercial Register and be a member of the Chamber. Representation of an establishment shall be by its owner or manager; representation of a company shall be by the Chairman of the Board, a board member, the Chairman of the Executive Board, a board member, its manager, or an executive officer, based on an official letter from the establishment stating the candidate’s name, national ID number, and position, duly certified by the Chamber.
b.    The establishment shall have been practicing the activity relevant to the committee within the Chamber’s geographical jurisdiction for no less than three (3) years.
c.    The Commercial Registration, Chamber membership, and license shall be valid.
d.    Candidacy for committee membership may not exceed two consecutive terms. Any period exceeding two years shall be considered a full term.
e.    The candidate shall not have had their membership revoked from a committee during the previous term.
f.    The owner of an establishment (sole proprietorship) may nominate themselves for membership in no more than two committees under the same activity registered in the Commercial Register and the Chamber membership. They may also delegate their manager, with a Chamber-certified authorization, to nominate themselves for each of these committees.
g.    The owner of an establishment (company) may nominate themselves for membership in no more than two committees under the same activity registered in the Commercial Register and the Chamber membership. They may also delegate the Chairman of the Board, a board member, its manager, or the Chairman of the Executive Board, with a Chamber-certified authorization, to nominate one of them for membership in each of these committees.
