Financial and Procurement Regulations

This manual provides an overview of the Chamber’s financial policies and procedures. It sets out detailed guidelines for managing financial affairs and staff responsibilities, ensuring financial control over assets, liabilities, funds, and expenditures, and outlines the required systems for the Chamber’s accounting and financial procedures. The manual also explains sound financial management practices and the operation of the finance department.

Financial Authority

1. This manual shall be referred to as the Financial Authority Matrix Manual of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“the Manual”).
2. No paragraph or text within this Manual may be amended, added to, or deleted except in accordance with the authority outlined herein.
