- The participant must be a Saudi national
- The participant must be over 18 years old
- The participant must be the owner of the workmanship, craft or product and is not allowed to resell the products that are already in the market
- The participant is fully responsible for the safety and preservation of his products
- The participant must have a productive families certificate (freelance license) from the Social Development Bank
- The participant pays a nominal fee of (250) riyals (refundable in the event of his commitment to attend)
- The participant must be on the site long enough before the start of the event to facilitate the moving process
- The participant is obligated to attend the workshop held in the room before the event
- The participant must abide by all health laws such as immunization and adherence to precautionary measures and laws of public taste
- The participant must stand in the private space with an assistant present
