Saudi Vision 2030 aims to advance the future of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Saudi Vision 2030 aims to advance the future of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a focus on sustainability as a primary focus in planning, establishing infrastructure, developing policies and investing. Through its responsible handling of modern energy and climate challenges, Saudi Vision 2030 inspires the world to participate in efforts to build a sustainable future.

This ambitious vision laid the foundation stone and identified three main themes. Vision Realization Program

Quality of Life Program

The Quality of Life Program is concerned with improving the quality of life for individuals and families by creating the necessary environment to support and develop new options that enhance the participation of citizens, residents and visitors in cultural, recreational, sports and tourism activities

Public Investments Fund Program

The program leads to achieve the vision of the Public Investment Fund to diversify the economy in the Kingdom through international and domestic strategic investment

Privatization Program

The privatization program aims to enhance the role of the private sector in providing services and making government assets available to it, which improves the quality of services provided and contributes to reducing their costs. It also stimulates economic diversification, enhances economic development and increases competitiveness to face challenges

National Transformation Program

The program aims to develop the necessary infrastructure and create an enabling environment for the public, private and non-profit sectors, by focusing on achieving excellence in government performance, supporting digital transformation, contributing to the development of the private sector, developing economic partnerships, promoting community development, and ensuring the sustainability of vital resources

National Industrial Development Program

The program aims to transform the Kingdom into a leading industrial power and a global logistics platform by maximizing the value generated from the mining and energy sectors and focusing on the axes of local content and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, so that the program contributes significantly to maximizing and diversifying the economic impact of the targeted sectors

Human Capability Development Program

The Human Capability Development Program aims to ensure that Saudi citizens have the required capabilities to compete globally by instilling values and developing basic and future skills, as well as enhancing knowledge. The program focuses on developing a solid educational base for all citizens to instill values from an early age, while preparing the youth for the future local and global labor market. It also focuses on upskilling citizens by providing lifelong learning opportunities, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship culture, and developing and activating policies and enablers to ensure Saudi Arabia's competitiveness.

Housing Program

The Housing Program provides housing solutions that meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families, with a focus on sustainability and technology

Healthcare Sector Transformation Program

The Health Sector Transformation Program aims to restructure the health sector in the Kingdom into a comprehensive, effective and integrated health system based on the health of the individual and society

Guests Service Program

The pilgrims’ service program aims to enrich and deepen the Hajj and Umrah experience by providing exceptional services at all stages of the pilgrims’ journey

Fiscal Sustainability Program

The Fiscal Sustainability Program aims to improve government performance through spending efficiency, revenue growth and risk management. Human Capacity Development Program The program seeks for the citizen to possess capabilities that enable him to compete globally, through the promotion of values, the development of basic and future skills, and the development of knowledge

Finance Sector Development Program

The Financial Sector Development Program aims to develop a diversified and effective financial sector that supports the development of the national economy, diversifies its sources of income, and stimulates savings, financing and investment, through the development and deepening of financial sector institutions, and the development of the Saudi financial market to form an advanced financial market

Linking strategic sectors with a competitive advantage to the Jeddah economy with the vision programs

The Kingdom's Vision 2030 focused on developing the most promising economic sectors for the city of Jeddah to achieve the economic goals set out within the vision at the national and regional levels. The sectors with competitive advantage in Jeddah are closely linked to some of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030

Achievements that translated the vision

AlUla Development Project

AlUla has a unique natural beauty and human heritage. It is a vibrant museum with its carved tombs, sand rock formations, antiquities, and landmarks of historical development. This unique destination provides a distinctive global tourism experience under the guidance of the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU)

AMAALA Project

AMAALA is an upscale, ultra-luxury travel destination designed to highlight the richness of natural resources in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project is being developed by the Red Sea International Company, which is owned by the Public Investment Fund

Diriyah Gate Project

Renewed as Saudi Arabia’s cultural capital, the historic city of Diriyah will showcase Saudi Arabia’s 300+ years of authentic culture and history by delivering one-of-a-kind inspiring heritage experiences, educational and cultural opportunities, world-class residential living, and outstanding lifestyle offerings to include shopping, entertainment, and dining experiences.

NEOM project

NEOM is a bold and audacious dream of a New Future, an accelerator of human progress that will embody the future of innovation in business, livability and sustainability. NEOM is one of the Public Investment Fund’s projects.

Qiddiya Project

Qiddiya, a Public Investment Fund project inspired by Saudi Vision 2030, is set to become the capital of Entertainment, Sports and Arts. It will be a disruptive destination that offers innovative, immersive, and unparalleled experiences for entertainment, sports and arts

Roshn Project

Roshn is a Saudi leading Real Estate Developer fully owned by Public Investment Fund (PIF). Its board of directors is chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Chairman of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs

Saudi Green Initiative

The Saudi Green Initiative works on increasing Saudi Arabia’s reliance on clean energy, offsetting emissions, and protecting the environment, in line with Vision 2030. It aims to improve quality of life and protect future generations.

Made in Saudi

The “Made in Saudi” program is a National Industrial Development Program (NIDLP) initiative led by the Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports). It basically aims for achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. The Program seeks to develop national goods and services and market them to become the preferred option locally and globally, in cooperation with a group of public and private sectors partners.

Red Sea Project

The Red Sea is the world's most ambitious and exciting tourism and hospitality project: a luxury destination created around one of the world's last hidden natural treasures. It is one of the projects backed by the Public Investment Fund.

Saudi Genome Program “SGP”

The Saudi Genome Program, inaugurated by His Royal Highness, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, is one of the leading projects to support the national transformation to an innovation-based economy within Vision 2030, aiming to reduce the incidence of genetic diseases using advanced genomic technologies which contributes to improving the quality of life and health care for the Saudi society

Jeddah Central Project

Jeddah Central Project stands out for its strategic location and distinctive space, situated on an area of 5.7 million square meters in the center of Jeddah. The project intends to establish a world destination, capitalizing on Jeddah’s geographical location on the Red Sea coast and proximity to Makkah and Madinah, popular year-round tourist and pilgrimage destinations

Historic Jeddah “Jeddah Al-Balad” Development Program

This Program aims to develop the region to be an attractive center for business and cultural projects, and a major destination for aspiring entrepreneurs. It includes several projects, including the “Revitalizing Historic” Project”, which includes the renovation and preservation of historical houses to be the headquarters for developmental and hotel projects, the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, museums and educational buildings.
