Exhibition Organization Service Requirements

Renting a covered exhibition hall with full logistic services

Organizing exhibitions by a local, Gulf or international facility (foreign investor) licensed to engage in the activity of organizing exhibitions
A commercial register is required
A license is required to hold the exhibition
Coordinating with the management of the Jeddah Exhibition Center regarding determining the appropriate period for holding the exhibition
The organizing company is not entitled to sub-sell the exhibition or rent it to others without the written approval of the center's management
Paying 10% of the rental value upon booking, provided that it is considered a non-refundable amount and will not be transferred to another showroom

Submit the company profile
The exhibition or event should serve the strategic importance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the city of Jeddah and the extent of benefiting from this occasion
The exhibition or event and its quality are characterized by the ability to attract international exhibitors and visitors from outside the city of Jeddah as well as from the Middle East region
When the dates of the events presented to the center conflict, the event with the ability to attract a greater proportion of international exhibitors will be selected
The Chamber and the Center’s management have the right not to grant approval to companies that have stumbled in reservations (making reservations without confirmation), as well as previous financial failures with the Chamber or Center, or that have violations in previous exhibitions or events

In the event that the exhibition is canceled within a period of nine months, the organizer will bear 50% of the total contract
In the event that the exhibition is canceled within a period of six months, the organizer will bear 100%, i.e. the entire rental value
