The Chamber's Warehouse City is located south of Jeddah in the Al-Khumra area. The site was chosen based on a prior scientific study. It is characterized by its location on a fast line with a length of 120 meters that connects it with the rest of the neighboring cities such as Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Taif, Yanbu and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah through a connected transportation network. It is also located outside the residential areas of the city and thus reduces the hassle and problems of loading, unloading and storing goods and contributes to alleviating traffic jams caused by the movement of heavy trucks within the city and avoiding the dangers arising from its presence within the city. The total site area is about 3 million square meters. Planned with 664 sites with a rental area of ​​2,197,542.1 square meters
