In reference to what is mentioned in Article 39 and Article 44 of the Saudi Chambers of Commerce Law and its executive regulations, respectively, which include "The Union of Chambers shall develop standards for evaluating the performance of chambers, which shall be adopted by the Ministry of Commerce, and the evaluation shall be carried out by a consultant accredited by the Union of Chambers, provided that the minimum limit for the results of the chamber's performance evaluation is to obtain (60%) of the total evaluation score."
