Small and medium entities represent a large segment of the Jeddah Chamber's affiliates, and sensing their importance, the Chamber initiated the establishment of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Program, which is concerned with supporting and developing these enterprises.

Small and medium entities are considered an economic force in establishing the local economy; As it contributes to achieving economic growth in addition to reducing unemployment rates by creating new job opportunities. As a contribution from the Jeddah Chamber in the development and support of small and medium entities and overcoming challenges, it initiated the establishment of a program for the development of small and medium entities, which is concerned with supporting and developing these entities by enhancing their abilities to manage projects and contribute to solving challenges and developing business, and educating the small and medium entities sector according to best practices Internationally, by contributing to the launch of programs and initiatives that conform to the Chamber’s directions and achieve the vision
