Jeddah Chamber launches the “Tamheer” program forum to raise Nationalization and support establishments with national cadres

The Jeddah Chamber launched the activities of the “Tamheer” on-the-job training program forum. This is in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf”; Within the framework of raising Nationalization rates, and supporting establishments with national cadres; This is at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events. Which is characterized by training in the workplace, and the establishment of rehabilitation and development courses that raise skills and improve performance throughout the training period. The Jeddah Chamber emphasized that the launch of the "Tamheer" program; In cooperation with “Hadaf”; It is the result of fruitful cooperation in order to refine our national human capabilities and qualify them to engage in the labor market in its various fields. This is in light of the objectives of this pioneering program that coexists with the Kingdom's Vision 2030; Which carries between its covers the service of government, semi-governmental and non-profit sector establishments, and private sector establishments in the medium green zone and above, according to the Nitaqat program of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The Chamber explained that the "Tamheer" program aims to contribute to the development of young national competencies, reduce research costs and the time required to hire graduated Saudi cadres, and provide graduated Saudi cadres who can benefit from their work without any financial obligation on the facility, in addition to enhancing the image of the beneficiaries of qualified Saudi cadres. The Chamber thanked those in charge of the Human Resources Fund “Hadaf”, the operator of this program, stressing its role and cooperation in supporting and qualifying national cadres, and contributing to the success of this program, its mission and objectives.
