Dr. Majid Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce, issued a Resolution appointing seven members to the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors; the members are: Mohammed Yousef Mohammed Naghi, Samer Ibrahim Yousef Kordi, Raed Ibrahim Suleiman Almedaihim, Osama Zakariya Mohammed Jamjoom, Yasser Mohammed Salih Baharith, Amna Tariq Ibrahim Zahid, and Lulu'a Mohammed Abdulkarim Bakr during the 23^rd session of the Chamber's Board of Directors, which runs for four years commencing as of 1444 AH to 1448 AH. 

With this appointment, the Board of Directors of the Chamber currently has the required fourteen members to constitute the quorum (seven appointed members and seven winners).

According to the Minister's Resolution, the forthcoming Board session of the Jeddah Chamber should be made up of both appointed and elected members, namely: Saad Mes'hel Nimr Alotaibi, Fahd Abdulaziz Abduldayem Alqethami, Majid Mohl Wasl Albogami, Majid Salim Hindi Alharbi, Majid Mohammed Aqel Alharbi, Emad Mohammed Fahd Alobood and Abdullah Radda Maeedh Alharthi. The elections for the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce were held in accordance with the new Chambers of Commerce Law which promotes transparency and increases the efficiency of the chambers’ performance while activating their role in supporting the local economy as well
