At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the Jeddah Chamber Council, Muhammad Bin Youssef Naghi, gave an explanation of the services provided by the Jeddah Chamber to its subscribers of all categories; and the initiatives and plans it seeks to implement within the framework of its interest in the business community; In addition to the events and activities it provides in the economic, commercial and industrial fields; The work carried out by the sectoral councils supports the disciplines under which they fall; And it is compatible with the competitive advantage of the city of Jeddah, and he also gave an explanation about the compatibility of the Chamber of Commerce and its sectoral councils with the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and the operational model for the sectoral councils in the chamber. Chamber officials also presented to the Shura delegation a presentation that included the current status of the Chamber, the extent of the satisfaction of its members, the confidence of government agencies, financial sustainability, and the tasks that Chamber officials seek to achieve, represented in making the Jeddah Chamber a successful model for the influential and reliable voice of the business sector. During the meeting, members of the Shura Council delegation raised a number of questions that included many issues related to the chamber, including its digital transformation, and the relationship and communication between it and the private sector.
