Jeddah Chamber convened its General Assembly meeting for the fiscal year 2025, chaired by H.E. the Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Yousuf Naghi, and attended by the esteemed Board Members and H.E. the Secretary General, Mr. Ramez Al Ghaleb, along with the participation of the representative of the Federation of Saudi Chambers, Dr. Abdulaziz Al Barrak, and members of the General Assembly.
During the session, the Board of Directors’ report, the external auditor’s report, and the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025 were approved. The estimated budget was endorsed, the external auditor for 2026 was appointed, and the Chamber’s internal policies and regulations listed on the meeting agenda were also approved.
