On Wednesday, December 28, the Jeddah Chamber is organizing a workshop on protecting food from approved risks (Food Defense), in cooperation with the Food and Drug Authority.

The workshop addresses the following topics:

• Components of a food protection plan and the importance of each
• Education, training or experience requirements required for individuals
• Record-keeping requirements associated with the food protection plan and the evidence supporting implementation of the plan
