Jeddah Chamber organizes a workshop on food protection from approved risks

On Wednesday, December 28, the Jeddah Chamber is organizing a workshop on protecting food from approved risks (Food Defense), in cooperation with the Food and Drug Authority.
The workshop addresses the following topics:
- Components of a food protection plan and the importance of each
- Education, training or experience requirements required for individuals
- Record-keeping requirements associated with the food protection plan and the evidence supporting implementation of the plan
