Objective: Building an integrated sector that provides all the needs of pilgrims and Umrah performers, to keep pace with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to increase the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims to 30 million, characterized by safety, efficiency, and adoption of the latest technologies

  • Develop various programs throughout the year to meet the continuous and increasing demand by pilgrims and Umrah performers. In addition, designing various programs throughout the year to keep pace with changes.
  • Enhancing the level of safety and quality of service provided and successful investment in the Hajj and Umrah sector, it is necessary to link the sector with the means of modern technology.
  • There is a lack of diversity of investors’ investments in the Hajj and Umrah sectors, so investment opportunities in the sector must be diversified to provide the best services to the huge number of pilgrims and Umrah performers.
  • Achieving Vision 2030 (a vibrant society) in increasing the number of Umrah performers to 30 million annually by the year 2030, emphasizing that their satisfaction with the services provided to them is high.
  • Improving the level and quality of services provided to pilgrims and Umrah performers. Through the provision of various services appropriate to the needs of pilgrims and Umrah performers
